Feathery Ice Dragon

Trying out a new coloring style with this one.

My half of an art trade with First she asked for a Boga and then changed her mind and wanted an ice dragon, but I must have still had Boga on the brain when I drew this because it kind of looks like a cross between the two. I guess he needs all those feathers to keep him warm in the cold. Anyway, this concludes my currently open art trades. If anyone else wants to do one, you know what to do.
